Parallel Jaw Grippers
Two-finger and parallel jaw mechanisms for pick-and-place, assembly and logistics robots. Aluminium or stainless steel jaw bodies machined to ±0.01 mm. Servo, pneumatic or electric linear actuation. Spring-return and force-controlled variants available.
Dexterous Multi-Finger Hands
4 and 5-finger dexterous hand assemblies for humanoid robots requiring human-like manipulation — grasping, tool use and in-hand rotation. Tendon-driven or servo-per-joint architectures. Mechanical components sourced and pre-assembled to your design files.
Adaptive & Compliant Grippers
Underactuated and compliant jaw designs that conform to irregular object geometries. Ideal for unstructured environments, logistics and agricultural robots. Soft-rigid hybrid structures with CNC-machined backbone.
Tool-Change & Quick-Swap Flanges
ISO 9409-compatible mounting flanges and manual/automatic tool-change couplers. Machined aluminium or stainless. Supports rapid end-effector swapping on collaborative and industrial robot arms.
Materials & Machining
All materials selected for robotics-grade strength, weight efficiency and surface finish. CNC machined in-house at our Shenzhen facility to ±0.01 mm tolerances.
Aluminium Alloy (6061 / 7075)
Lightweight structural components for finger links, palm bodies and gripper frames. Anodised finish available. Ideal for weight-sensitive humanoid and cobot end-effectors.
Stainless Steel (303 / 316)
High-strength jaw tips, wear surfaces and coupling flanges. Corrosion-resistant for food, medical and wet-environment deployments.
Titanium (Grade 5)
Premium low-weight, high-stiffness option for dexterous finger phalanges and joint brackets. Used in performance humanoid hand builds.
Production Stages
01
Design Review
Share CAD files (STEP/DXF) or describe your gripper spec. We review feasibility, tolerances and material selection within 1 business day.
02
Prototype
First-article prototype machined in-house. Typical turnaround 5–7 business days depending on complexity.
03
Pre-Assembly
Structural components assembled with actuators, bearings and fasteners per your BOM. Functional test before shipment.
04
Small-Batch
Pilot and low-volume production runs from 5–200 units. Consistent quality with in-process inspection at each stage.
